George Yudell is an established industry leader with a proven background
in restaurant  management and expansion. His twelve years of experience
in restaurant operations have  resulted in his fundamental business
philosophy: Strong management techniques increase  profitability and
streamline procedures.  George began learning operations as a busboy.
Long days. Long nights. Exhausting work. In other words: the restaurant
industry.   He joined Extreme Pizza when it was a one-store local startup,
and as Director of Operations helped transform the company into a
national brand with 30 locations in five states. His expertise includes:
Configuring Point Of Sale  technologies, creating employee training
programs, R&D, purchasing, accounting, contract negotiations, HR and
labor law, crisis management, marketing, concept development and
expansion.   He started George Yudell Management Consulting with the
goal of supporting restaurateurs by improving  management tools and
techniques, and by using technology to promote better operations and
analysis.
